Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Yolotix. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules that apply when you use our website, mobile apps, or purchase event tickets through Yolotix (the "Marketplace"). By using our services or completing a purchase you accept and agree to these Terms and represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Our role — Marketplace model

Yolotix operates as a ticket marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are an intermediary only — we do not act as the event organiser, venue or ticket issuer. Listings are created by sellers and Yolotix does not warrant that sellers are affiliated with any venue, promoter, team, league or artist.

3. Listings & ticket details

Each listing will show the event, date, seat or zone information and the seller-set price. Prices may be higher or lower than the face value printed on a ticket. Descriptions and notes in a listing are provided by the seller — it is your responsibility to review listing details before purchase. Yolotix does not guarantee the format (paper, e-ticket, PDF, mobile transfer) of delivered tickets.

4. Placing orders & confirmation

When you place an order you will provide contact and payment information and review the order summary (including service and delivery fees). Orders are sent to the seller for confirmation. A confirmed order is one where the seller accepts and Yolotix notifies you that delivery will occur; only then will payment be charged.

5. Availability & substitutions

All orders are subject to availability. If the specific tickets you ordered become unavailable, we may replace them with comparable or upgraded tickets at our discretion. For certain events, sellers may list zone seating (tickets without exact seat numbers); in those cases we guarantee tickets will be within the listed zone or a comparable area.

6. Payment

By submitting an order you authorise Yolotix to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount due (ticket price plus applicable fees). Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout. Attempting to circumvent refund policies (for example by initiating unjustified chargebacks) may result in account suspension and further action.

7. Delivery of tickets

Tickets may be delivered by instant download, email, transfer or another method specified at checkout. Delivery timeframes depend on the seller and method selected; details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

8. Cancellations, refunds & postponed events

Generally, sales are final once confirmed. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will provide a refund or credit as set out in our event-specific policy. If an event is postponed/rescheduled and original tickets remain valid for the new date, the purchase will not typically qualify for a refund. Specific refund rights may vary by jurisdiction.

9. Denial of admission

You must follow venue and organiser rules. If you are denied entry it is important to collect evidence from the venue and report the incident to Yolotix promptly; we will investigate and may provide a remedy if denial occurred through no fault of your own. No refund will be provided where denial results from your failure to comply with venue rules.

10. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets

Protect your tickets after delivery. Yolotix cannot guarantee replacements for lost or deleted tickets in all cases. In some situations we may request the seller to reissue tickets; a reissue fee may apply in those circumstances.

11. User behaviour & venue rules

All attendees must comply with venue and event rules. Misconduct that leads to removal or other penalties will not entitle you to a refund, and you may be responsible for related costs or damages.

12. Prohibited uses & investigations

Using Yolotix for unlawful activity, providing false information, or attempting to manipulate the marketplace is prohibited. We monitor compliance, investigate suspected violations, and may cancel orders, suspend or close accounts, relist tickets, or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

13. Intellectual property

All website content, trademarks, logos and software are Yolotix property. You may view and make limited personal copies for lawful use but may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

14. Warranties, disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and any tickets or services are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Yolotix and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from site use or attendance at events. Where local law limits such exclusions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (for example the greater of amounts actually paid by you in the prior 12 months or a specified statutory cap).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yolotix and its partners harmless from claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

16. Dispute resolution & governing law

Disputes should first be raised with our support team. If parties cannot resolve a dispute informally, the matter may proceed to mediation or the courts as set out in our policies. The governing law and forum will be specified by Yolotix in accordance with applicable local rules; please check here for the current governing jurisdiction.

17. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to necessary identity and fraud checks as described there.

18. Changes, termination & force majeure

Yolotix may modify these Terms at any time; updates will be posted on this page. We may suspend or terminate services for operational or legal reasons. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example acts of God, strikes, governmental action, or other force majeure events).
